Day CampFor campers aged 4-13 . Campers are placed into age-based groups that they will rotate with to activities during the week. Overnight CampFor campers aged 7 to 14. Campers are placed into age-based cabin groups that become their home for the duration of their stay at camp. Leadership Camp

For campers entering grade 8 to 11. We have multiple programs for out older campers to join. We start each summer with our Leadership Program. Also campers entering grade 9 and 10 are able to register for our B.L.T. (Brébeuf Leader in Training) program. We also have a C.I.T. program for those entering grade 10 and 11. Both of these programs run for three week sessions.

For your child with special needs. The goal of the program is to integrate children with exceptionalities into all of the programming during the week. If time away from the group or modified programming is required to make your child’s experience the best possible, our inclusion counsellor is there to help.

Pack List

 

Below is a suggested packing list for our residential and leadership camp programs….

  • Hat(s)

  • Sleeping bag

  • Pillow

  • Ground sheet (for sleepouts)

  • Blanket/s

  • Waterproof Raingear (including boots)

  • Long pants

  • Shorts

  • Pajamas

  • Underwear

  • Lots of Socks!

  • T-Shirts

  • Sweaters/sweatshirts

  • 2 pairs of running shoes (1 old)

  • Towels (for swimming, showering etc)

  • Flashlight and batteries

  • Toothbrush/paste

  • Hair brush

  • Soap

  • Shampoo and conditioner

  • Insect repellent (not aerosol)

  • Sandals for showering

  • Bathing suit

  • Back pack for out trips

Optional Items:

  • Musical Instruments

  • Rubber boots or crocs (for water hikes)

  • Camera

  • Water bottle

  • Writing paper, pens, stamps, envelopes

  • Sun glasses

  • Costume for theme day

  • Bedtime stories, prayer books, pack of playing cards, craft items

  • DO NOT send cell phones, mp3 players, ipods,  electronic gaming devices or any other type of electronic. (Cameras are allowed) If a camper does bring an electronic that is not allowed it will be placed in our office until closing day.

Location / Directions

We ask that everyone drives according to the posted speed limit of 20km/hr to ensure the safety of everyone on site.  

 

Payment, Cancellations and Refunds

 

Deposits and Payment Schedule

A deposit must be made at time of application in order to hold your camper’s spot. Deposits are made per camper, per week and all deposits are non-refundable. Deposits for each type of camp program are listed on our website and the online application.

Unpaid balances, for all sessions, are due and payable by June 1st, 2024.

Any registrations received after June 1st, 2024 will require payment in full at the time of registration.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and Refunds

In all cases, there will be a cancellation fee of $50.00.

Cancellations must be received by C.Y.O. Camp Brebeuf 10 business days prior to the start of each session to be eligible to receive a refund of the balance, excluding the $50.00 cancellation fee, for that session. Special cancellation circumstances may be made within 10 days of the session starting for medical reasons. Exceptions are reviewed on a case by case basis.
